Welcome to Age Concern Barnsley

Age Concern Barnsley was set up in 1974 following an initiative from Age Concern England.  We are an independent charity and a full member of the Age Concern Federation.  We are concerned with promoting the well being, fulfillment and happiness of older people living in the Barnsley Metropolitan District.

We are pleased to report that we are moving our Advice & Information Services and Insurance Services to more suitable premises in the town centre, (please see menu for details).  These services will operate from the new premises from the 30th November 2009.

Our Head Office will now be our Resource Centre on Queen's Road.
